RESPONSIVE BY DESIGN

Keep the conversation moving.

A natural conversation needs more than a fast model. VocoMotiv’s architecture puts speech, reasoning and business actions on a coordinated path—so responsiveness is designed across the whole interaction.

Explore deployment choices
01

Stream the conversation

Streaming speech recognition and voice output, where supported, let processing begin before the entire response is complete. Turn detection and interruption handling help the agent listen when the caller speaks.

02

Choose the right path

Match the speech and reasoning providers to the task. Place runtime and inference near the systems they use, and keep the working context focused to reduce avoidable processing and network hops.

03

Handle system delays

Separate conversation response time from the time a booking or application takes to complete. Use clear progress updates, bounded waits and a recovery or human hand-off when a business system is slow.

04

Measure the whole experience

Evaluate end-of-turn to first audible response, tool response time and interruption recovery under realistic call load. Optimize the slowest stage for the chosen languages and deployment.

CONNECTED THROUGH MCP

Give your agent the tools to act.

Connect multiple Model Context Protocol servers around one workflow. A CRM server can supply customer context, a calendar server can check availability, and an industry server can carry out a permitted business action.

Explore the integration ecosystem
01

Connect the servers you need

Configure approved MCP server connections and discover their available tools. Use an existing compatible server or an adapter around your organization’s APIs; public API availability alone does not establish MCP compatibility.

02

Expose the right actions

Give each workflow a selected set of tools with scoped credentials. Keep identity, permissions and required approvals attached to the action instead of exposing every operation to every agent.

03

Carry context between steps

Use the result of one permitted tool call to inform the next workflow step. An appointment enquiry can look up a CRM case, check a slot, request confirmation and record the outcome.

04

Keep execution accountable

Validate tool inputs and results, handle timeouts, and preserve the action record. A failed tool call stays a failed action until a confirmed result or an authorized person resolves it.

AGENT FACTORY / STUDIO

Build beyond a prompt.

Turn your operating process into an agent blueprint. Agent Factory / Studio brings the conversation, knowledge, connected tools and exception paths into one design—so the agent can carry a task forward across systems and channels.

Explore Agent Factory
01

Design from your SOP

Define the goal, approved knowledge, required information and business rules. Shape the agent’s behavior around the way your team works, including the points where a person must decide.

02

Compose richer journeys

Combine conversation branches, MCP tools, waiting states and human review. Continue from a call into messaging or a system update while preserving the permitted case context.

03

Test the difficult paths

Explore synthetic scenarios, interruptions, missing information and failed actions before a release. Compare expected behavior with the actual outcome and refine the workflow rather than just polishing the prompt.

04

Choose how it runs

Review the agent configuration, model choices and release version together. Align the runtime with cloud, private-cloud or on-premises placement and the controls your operation needs.

Responsiveness depends on providers, languages, network paths, system APIs and load. Deployment-specific latency targets are established through evaluation.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE A PLATFORM

From curiosity
to a useful pilot.

Start with the workflow, then evaluate the controls around it.

What does a workflow include beyond the call?

Channel continuation, business-system actions, waiting steps, human review and the resulting record. Your evaluation should prove these paths against your actual systems.

Can we use our existing systems?

The architecture includes CRM, calendars, contact centers and industry-system connectors, alongside MCP, OpenAPI and events. Confirm the products, permitted operations and deployment compatibility for your workflow.

What does on-premises actually include?

On-premises deployment brings platform services into your organization’s infrastructure, with control over data placement, enterprise connections and operations. AI services can be local or approved external providers, depending on configuration. Telephony and messaging connections are reviewed separately.

Can I explore before creating an account?

These interactive illustrations are available without an account. Live voice and playground access will be connected when their services are ready.

What should a first pilot prove?

A defined task, its normal and exception paths, supported languages, real system actions and the resulting record. Agree the baseline and evidence needed before promising a business improvement.
